Right now my kids are 10, 10 and 13 – I can’t wait for schools to catch up and take on some of the exciting ideas brought forth by Ken Robinson, Sugata Mitra, Will Richardson, and countless others. We don’t live in a big city, don’t have charters near by doing this already, and can’t afford private school or homeschooling.
I want this site to be for those parents – and their kids – who want to focus on modern learning during K-12, not just going to school. I intend for it to be for single parents, working parents, and/or homeschooling parents willing to spend a bit of time thinking and planning and having fun, to help their kids succeed and lead happy fulfilled lives, which is what we all want in the end.
